CorTech is seeking to hire a LPN / LVN - M/S Neuro for our client in Saint Louis, MO! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $48.27/Hour Start Time 7:00 PM End Time 7:00 AM Nurses must show "This LPN is IV-Certified by the Missouri State Board of Nursing" at the time of submittal to be eligible. One year Med-Surg Experience required Neuro experience strongly preferred FLU and COVID-19: All travelers must be completely vaccinated PRIOR TO START. There are no exceptions. SHIFT INFO: Shift night Shifts per week 3 Hours per shift 12 DESCRIPTION: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements. Certifications: BLS & LPN-IV Certification must be completed prior to assignment. Job Summary: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care in a Neurosurgical unit. The unit focuses on the care of patients with stroke, seizures, MS, back/head/spinal and other neurological diagnoses or neurosurgery procedures. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. | |
