CorTech is seeking to hire a Assembly & Test Technician for our client in Rocky Mount, NC! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour 1st shift 4:45 am ? 2:45 pm There is 2 mandatory weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) per month Must be US citizen Subco Bonus Program to 3k, and a change in the pay-out structure: ? $1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance; ? $1k at 60 days ? $1k at 90 days Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements. Key Responsibilities ? Manual torque wrench usage ? Ability to use of micrometers and calipers ? Knowledge of measurements/place values ? Ability to identify and use basic hand tools ? Knowledge of SAP ? Participate in continuous improvement activities. ? Support the Client Operating System ? Maintain assigned work areas ? Comply with all safety rules. ? Record and report data. ? Analyze and interpret data ? Perform product changeovers ? Make corrections to the process ? Perform equipment testing Non-FAA role YOU MUST HAVE ? High School Diploma WE VALUE ? Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively ? Ability to analyze information and concepts ? Ability to collaborate with others and work independently ? Ability to identify key details ? Ability to troubleshoot ? Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity ? Creative thinking and idea generation ? Some experience with calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches and SAP knowledge ? Ability to communicate information clearly | |
