CorTech is seeking to hire a Project Manager II for our client in Warrendale, OR! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $48.62/Hour Scheduled Days of the Week & Hours: 9a-5p M-F (40 hours weekly) ? hours may vary slightly if worker want to take a lunch Job Description: Provided (3-5 years prior exp) Leading projects (Development) - NOT IT Related experience Process management (NOT budget management) Strategic and critical thinker, problem solving and issue resolution, and the ability to think on their feet The workers will work with cross-functional teams and needs to be able to prioritize, multitask and handle a heavy workload. The workers will be task managers, facilitators and timeline builders. Role / Title: The Manager, Manufacturing Commercialization is responsible for delivering large scale projects within specific brands/categories, including but not limited to new platform innovation initiatives and/or highly visible capital and cost out initiatives. The Manager is required to interface with cross functional parties at all levels of the organization, including relevant brand stewards in Marketing, R&D, and Finance, as well as relevant technical and execution resources and/or field operations. In addition, the Manager will provide regular updates on progress, cost management, and next steps to project sponsors and key stakeholders upon request. Key Components: ? Lead commercialization efforts for projects across growth, value engineering and maintenance project paths. Ensure effective team engagement which may include establishing and managing team meetings. Review project timelines and cost regularly with the project team, facilitate creation of mitigation/contingency plans and manage communication. ? Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of projects to meet the revenue, volume, growth, productivity and quality goals and priorities of the BU and category. ? Facilitate the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional groups; develop methods to monitor and report project progress and provide corrective action if necessary. ? Initiate the finished good Master data setup and communicate completed information to all stakeholders so all information systems can be properly set up to produce, ship, sell and invoice our products. ? Support Business and Manufacturing Systems initiatives as required, and support the continuous improvement of the commercialization process through collaboration with key stakeholders and best practice sharing. ? Lead and/or participate in various category stakeholder governance forums (i.e. Stage gate/Leadership teams), advise on project status and conformance to business governance rules. | |
