**Pay Rate:$25** Shift Hours: 9am-5:30pm Position will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by verifying title information is correct, maintaining knowledge of current laws regarding vehicle titles and interacting with clients and regulatory agencies to resolve title issues. Qualifications: ?Exceptional attention to detail and very task oriented ?Strong verbal and written communication skills are required ?Ability to interpret policies and procedures from State DMV requirements ?Strong research and problem-solving skills required Responsibilities: ?The Title Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the titling area to ensure transactions are processed in accordance with company and state guidelines ?Process transactions (i.e.: Lien add/release, Transfer of Ownership, Name and correction changes, and duplicate title applications) ?Respond to customers, dealers, and associate titling inquiries ?Complete payoff process by releasing liens via NLS or by sending a lien release ?Work closely with dealerships and state title/registration departments to ensure all titles and lien notices are received in a timely manner ?Process daily reports via DealerTrack TMS to correct titling or account input errors including VIN, name, and lien holder information ?Support titling function for CULS Lending Solutions clients and their members ?Review DealerTrack TMS reports daily to ensure lien perfection discrepancies are addressed in a timely manner ?Verifies transaction type and complete the required application to obtain a new title ?Access vehicle records to verify Registered Owner/Lender information on title ?Work with state DMV and Dealers to resolve delinquent titles issues to ensure proper lien perfection ?Process titles for the repossession process ?Send out contracts for certain states that require us to maintain the original until paid in full | |
