Job Title: Machine Operator 1 Job Type: Full-time Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm **possible overtime Location: Garden Grove, CA Summary: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator 1 to operate, monitor, and maintain various machines in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating and troubleshooting equipment and machinery, possess good communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as in a team setting. Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain machinery according to specifications Monitor machines during operation to ensure efficient and safe operation Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubrication Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or errors Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Record production and maintenance data in logbooks or computer systems Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in machine operation, preferably in a manufacturing environment Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment If you meet the qualifications for this position and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and cover letter to Bpinto@cor-tech.net or call 562-803-0162 for more information. | |
