We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our team at a spa/jacuzzi manufacturing facility. The Production Worker will be responsible for contributing to the production process and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Responsibilities: Operate machinery to cut, drill, and shape spa and jacuzzi components. Assemble spa and jacuzzi components using hand tools, power tools, and adhesives. Assist with the application of foam to the bulkhead and plumbing area to insulate the spa. Conduct quality checks to ensure that all components meet our rigorous standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure that all equipment is well-maintained. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Qualifications / Skills Required: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Ability to operate machinery and use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of quality in work. Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed. | |
