CorTech is seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician-Nights for our client in FARIBAULT, MN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $22.00/Hour Shift:6:00 PM- 6:00 AM Qualifications: Required Qualifications ? 2 yr. Associate's degree in Engineering-Technology-technical discipline is preferred and/ or an equivalent minimum of 2 years? industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience. ? Excellent troubleshooting & repair skills and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities ? Knowledge and experience with Equipment Lock Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) ? Hands on experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance. ? Familiar with industrial drive and motion systems, robots, pumps, fans, washers, filter units, and glass handling equipment ? Hands on experience with mechanical maintenance and PM?s. ? Good written and verbal communication skills. Good teamwork skills. Responsibilities: SageGlass is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Maintenance Team. We are looking for individuals who have experience in a complex manufacturing setting with the ability to trouble shoot and repair high technology-state of the art equipment. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and work in a team environment. Individuals must also have a high standard for safety and background in industrial equipment troubleshooting, maintenance and repair. **The schedule for this shift is a rotating night shift of 12hrs, 4 days on 4 days off, 6 pm-6 am. There is a 25% shift differential offered for this shift. Responsibilities: ? Perform all job requirements in a safe manner and adhere to all SAGE safety rules and policies. Attend necessary safety and environmental training as scheduled. Support and recommend safety & environmental improvements and identify hazards. ? Perform equipment troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and improvements to increase equipment uptime. Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process as necessary. ? Perform various levels of Electrical Work ? Perform maintenance-PMs of all plant equipment. ? Perform basic machining, welding, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, and fabrication work. ? Perform, Audit and Verify LOTO-Tag Out (TO) Procedures. ? Disassemble, clean, repair, and rebuild plant equipment. ? Support predictive maintenance PdM tasks such as gauge calibration, oil samples for analysis, acoustical & vibration testing. ? Maintain accurate records in the CMMS with regard to inspections and preventative /predictive maintenance and inventory of spare parts, and consumables. ? View and interpret North American and European electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and vacuum system drawings and schematics. ? Maintain paper and electronic files of equipment manuals, schematics, and other documentation. ? Ability to foster a productive positive attitude and work as a team in an urgent environment. ? Must be safety conscious and abide by all workplace policies and procedures. ? Independently motivated to produce results. Perform other tasks as required to support production of SageGlass. Perform all other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. Comments/Special Instructions Please NOTE this is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate. Benefits are superior to other companies and medical/dental start day 1 once direct-hire.
