CorTech is seeking to hire a Instructional Designer for our client in Huntsville, AL! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $25.17/Hour Candidate works with end customer and various stakeholders to provide excellent customer service through learning & development support. Candidate will support the company?s LMS (Workday/Evolve) and support retention of accurate training records for company locations. Candidate will work with the business to create learning & development content that meets compliance standards and company goals. Position Description Responsibilities include: ? Support training objectives of Aerospace Learning, company sites, and employees as requested. ? Create monthly regulatory trainings for each site location. o Determine the training requirement. o Work with SME to obtain material and gain understanding of training material. o Determine Format. o Build Course. o Deliver course to specific site. ? Create site quality procedures o Convert quality produces into online courses. o Create/manage employee groups based on training requirement. o Launch/ Monitor assignment progress per requirement. o Update course information as requested. ? Program Creation o Assist sites in creating programs of training items to meet needs (i.e. new hire onboarding, qualifications, job skills programs) ? Quick Reaction Guides (QRG) o Create informative guides to streamline employees work flow. ? Special Projects as assigned Requires: ? Instructional design skills o Knowledge of Course authoring tools (Camtasia, Captivate, Vyond, Articulate) o Work with SME to obtain material and gain understanding of training material. o Determine format: Web Based Training, Instructor Led Training, or Virtual/Webinar. o Story Board/Development Cycle. (ADDIE, Adult Learning Theory) o Evaluations ? In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note) o Ability to create a range of documentation using Microsoft Office products. o Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. ? Complete standard templates in Microsoft Excel and upload to LMS. o Knowledge and understanding of sorting, filtering, adding, deleting, and modifying records. ? Ability to visually communicate ideas and information. ? Strong organizational skills, very detail oriented ? Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express technical concepts to an audience in appropriate terms. ? Ability to lead and effectively participate in team projects. ? Ability to work without close supervision, keeping focused on short and long-term objectives. ? Ability to manage competing priorities and excellent project management skills ?
