CorTech is seeking to hire a Assembler for our client in AUBURN, WA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour Shift: 2:30 PM-1:00 AM Qualifications: Who we are looking for: We are seeking to hire applicants who have a positive attitude, who has production line machine operation experience - but not required, reliable, able to show up for scheduled shifts, effectively communicates with supervisors, able to work independently, able to follow instructions, has the ability to stay on task and complete work assignments, someone who is organized and pays attention to details. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities: ? High school diploma or GED ? 18 years of age ? Ability to lift up to 50lbs: Standing, Bending, Reaching in a Manufacturing Environment ? Ability to work with floor crew machinery for up to 10 hours and other equipment safely as designed ? The ability to work in a high pressure work environment ? Required to meet productivity standards, deadlines, and work schedules Responsibilities: - Responsible for operation of assigned equipment and the fabrication of fire-rated glass and/or metal frames according to company's process, quality and safety specifications. - Achieve Productivity Targets in-line with Business KPI?s - Responsible for on-time delivery of orders - Overview and facilitate work load between machines - Follow QA Standards and complete relevant Paperwork - Follow all aspects of the Safety Program - Operate Crane or Fork Lift as applicable - Understand time-management of machinery to Production Schedule - Cost efficient management of Consumables and Inventory - Must maintain 5S program and Housekeeping Standards - Ability to Train others to achieve set Targets Supplemental Information Conditions of Employment ? This position will require pre-employment background and drug screening. ? These positions are swing shift positions. The duty hours are Monday-Thursday 2:45 p.m. to 1:15 a.m. ? This position is also eligible for our limited 2023 sign on bonus of $1000 after completion of 60 days? employment with good attendance. **This recruitment will be used to establish an agency applicant pool through February 28, 2023 to fill vacant non-permanent positions as they occur.
