Temp to perm 401-k, Health, Dental, Vision, Weekly Pay! $500 Attendance Bonus at 30 days $300 Attendance Bonus at 60 days Machine Operation Performs light assembly by following released procedures Basic Light machine operation, changeovers, and setup. Complete Required Device History Record (DHR) documentation. Must be able to read and understand: assembly instructions, work orders, Bills of Materials, Standard Operation Procedures, and all other documentation used to control our products and processes. Expected to provide feedback on production and methods, product design issues, continuously strives to improve product quality and operational efficiency Communication with co- workers, Lead and Supervisor. Maintains Hour by hour production paperwork, boards or graphs. Keep work area clean organized and safe. Must be able to use measuring tools and Test equipment. Basic Qualifications: Must be able to read proficiently, write legibly, analyze/evaluate charts/graphs, follow simple diagrams, and follow manufacturing and inspection procedures. Must be able to maintain neat, legible, accurate, and complete documentation, records, and logs. Must be able to focus continuous attention to work processes. Must be willing to work overtime if necessary. Education and/or Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred but not necessary. Good work history is mandatory! Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and equipment. Occasional reaching, bending ,stooping or crouching is required. Work Environment: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required including but not limited to lab coats, hair / beard covers, shoe covers, gloves, ear protection, eye protection and specialized cleanroom suits and head coverings as required. Will be using calipers, Microscopes, Go-No Go gauges, Leak tester, Pull tester, and Keyounce.
