CorTech Staffing is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative for a Premier Chicago-based client. Hours 7 AM - 3:30 PM M-F Job Details: ?- Receive inbound phone calls or e-mails from customers and service their needs effectively and efficiently. ?- Listen actively and establish rapport ?- Quickly understand and analyze customer needs - Use computer software applications to properly service customers? accounts ?- Take ownership of any follow-up work necessary to service customers. ?- Speak/write knowledgeably about products and services ?- Adhere to compliance regulations and security policies ?- Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned ?- Contribute ideas and recommendations for improvements to the department and company Essential/Basic Qualifications: ? 1-3 years experience in customer service with an excellent performance and attendance record. ? -Banking or credit card experiences are a strong plus. ? -Excellent oral communications skills (grammar, positive tone, active listening, etiquette, empathy, and confidence) - Written skills (spelling, logical thought processes, and sentence construction, appropriate word choice) ? -Extremely customer-focused; positive, professional attitude. ? -Self-motivated ? -Pays strict attention to detail, and understands the importance of accuracy and responsiveness. ? -Strong PC and internet skills. ?- Very good organization and work prioritization skills.
