CorTech is hiring for an On Site Receptionist/Office Administrator

This position pays $20.00 per hour
Hours: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday

*this is NOT a remote position*

Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator for its location in Auburn Hills, MI. The Receptionist/ Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day facilities and administrative operations of the office, running an efficient cleanly reception area, and greeting all employees and visitors to the company in a friendly, professional manner.


You?ll work on challenges that matter
This job will require you to
? Perform general facility admin duties: tidy up, coffee machines and kitchenette supplies are stocked, daily use of dishwasher machine for transferring dirty/clean cups, and other facility duties as assigned
? Turn on all lights and TVs upon arrival
? Ensure incoming guests sign in and out and provide general assistance to guest wifi needs.
? Create badges for new/transfer employees and keep system up to date, i.e., add and remove employees when needed
? Responsible for all mail/package delivers and ensure it is distributed to proper person(s) as necessary
? Ensure catered meals are guided to proper location
? Support facilities/HR team with special events in building
? Responding to queries and issues accordingly
? Other duties and special projects assigned, including additional administrative and facility liaison duties
? Assist in developing PowerPoint presentations and Excel tracking documents

The ideal candidate
To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:
? High School Graduation Diploma
? Computer and data entry skills
? Proficiency in MS Office, i.e.: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
? Working knowledge of office printers
? Ability to follow procedures
? Understanding of mail and packages
? Interpersonal and professional skills
? Excellent customer service skills
? Ability to work independently and multitask
