CorTech is seeking to hire a Laborer/Mill Trainee for our client in Dodge City, KS! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.07/Hour Position Summary: We seek reliable, trainable colleagues for our Client, Our facility has been serving the food industry for over 100 years. We are looking for outstanding individuals to join our team. You will start by helping us keep our facility clean. Daily tasks include sweeping, shoveling and vacuuming to maintain high sanitation standards. Future promotion possibilities include unloading and blending milo, cleaning railroad cars, loading flour or animal food, and operating a flour mill that produces over a quarter million pounds of flour daily. Job Qualifications: Willing and able to work safely in multiple environments. Willing and able to learn and follow the Client Way Code of Conduct. Trainable. Able to learn new systems and equipment and operate it reliably and with high efficiency. Regular and prompt attendance. Physical Labor; able to lift 55 pounds. Mechanical aptitude and experience. Able to work overtime and some weekend work if needed. Able to climb ladders and work at heights. Confined space entry capability. Potential for shift work on job assignments beyond Utility. Good communications skills. Proven record of performance. Able to work independently or as a group. Able to perform any and all tasks that may be assigned. Duties may be altered as needed. | |
