CorTech is seeking to hire a Procurement Specialist for our client in Decatur, IL! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $29.44/Hour Monday/Wednesday/Friday in office. Tuesday/Thursday remote. Option of working 5 days in office if desired. Hours are 7:30-4 or 8-4:30 Monday through Friday Description: Responsibilities: Collaborate with operational stakeholders and third-party contracting companies to ensure compliance and mitigate the risk of bringing third parties on site to perform work. Collect information such as certificates of insurance, safety records, etc and enter this information into our contractor database. Basic knowledge of contract law and ability to negotiate contractor agreements. Support Category Specialists with sourcing events by participating on sourcing teams, scheduling meeting, data analysis, collect and understand internal customer requirements, external market data and research, etc. Skills Required: Ability to work alone or within a team environment. Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and email. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn systems such as Coupa, Power Bi, eSourcing platforms, etc. | |
