CorTech is seeking to hire a Production Control Admin for our client in Salem, VA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $25.78/Hour BASIC FUNCTION Under supervision of the Materials Manager, transact and maintain accurate records of manufacturing issues in plant ERP system. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ? Review and update stock levels from manufacturing deviation reports ? Ensure transactions are accurate and complete without system holds ? Analyze receipts reports to physical receipt paperwork to validate accurate daily receipts ? Partner with Inventory Manager to understand causes of negative on hand balances and ensure zero negative system balances ? Execute tactical transactions as needed at the direction of the Materials Manager to ensure accurate and compliant completion of manufacturing orders ? Execute timely transactions to transfer materials to their next required operation as needed Qualification Education/Experience - 2+ years? experience in production control, or data entry - Preferred 4+ years? experience in production control, or data entry Skills - Data Entry - MS Office Proficiency - Basic problem solving | |
