CorTech is looking for a Billing Coordinator for our client in Alpharetta GA. Benefits Available! Get paid biweekly! Pay rate $35.14 per hour. Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Planning and supervising SAP electronic billing process. ? Coordinating with other departments including, but not limited to, IT; Pricing and Master Data to ensure the accuracy of billing information. ? Corresponding with customers, answering questions, addressing complaints, and resolving issues pertaining to billing. ? Maintaining and updating billing records. ? Prepare and present analytical reports. ? Support audits. JOB-SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES: The billing coordinator will have a strong knowledge of electronic billing procedures and be responsible for creating and sending invoices, ensuring customers are billed correctly and keeping meticulous records. EDUCATION : Associate degree in business administration, accounting, math, or a related field or work experience in accounting or bookkeeping. EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of B2B electronic billing management experience. ? ERP Experience (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) ? Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with math and financial data. ? Detail oriented. ? Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written). ? Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management and prioritization skills. ? Effective phone skills (listening, interpreting, evaluating, responding). ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and knowledge of accounting software. ? Proficient in Data base management and data entry. ? Working knowledge of accounting principles. ? Strong customer service skills. ? Teamwork skills ? Understanding of best practices ? Continually evaluate the processes and systems utilized and prepare well researched recommendations for enhancements. ? Maintain accurate, organized, and complete customer files that assist in providing superior service to our customers. ? Communicate fully with superiors, subordinates, and others who have a need to know. ? Salesforce." | |
