The role will execute a wide range of clerical and administrative functions to support claims and accounts. Temp-to-hire opportunity. The department Manager will review all recruiter referrals for interview potential Overview of Expectations: - Knowledgeable of Workplace Safety and Claims - Maintains highly sensitive and confidential claims information - Maintains claim files, setting up new paper and electronic claim files. Develops, implements, and maintains processes for document filing/retrieval and archiving - Processes invoices to insure timely payment of billing, expenses, and settlements - Interacts with facility representatives, TPA, outside vendors, medical providers, defense attorneys, etc - Well organized - Computer literate - Excellent customer service skills - Dependable and flexible | |
