We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to monitor, install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain technology solutions. You will provide technical support, drive automation enhancements, and collaborate with other Cloud Engineers to establish deployment standards. Join our team and make a significant impact on our cloud infrastructure. _________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: ? Monitor, install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain technology solutions. ? Provide technical support and scripting/programming to ensure stable operation. ? Drive automation enhancements and process improvements. ? Lead initiatives, provide training, and serve as a technical resource. __________________________________________________________________________ Essential Functions: ? Work on complex cloud infrastructure projects using Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS. ? Collaborate with Cloud Engineers to establish cloud deployment standards. ? Guide standards and templates for onboarding and troubleshooting. ? Interact with teams and contribute to process improvements. ? Handle complex operational issues and coach team members. ? Work independently and collaboratively across the organization. ? Deliver network infrastructure and security standards. ? Evaluate business requirements and propose cloud solutions. ? Analyze and improve technical processes and metrics. ? Investigate and resolve system errors and abnormalities. ? Mentor and guide less experienced team members. ? Consider business implications of technology applications. ? Perform other related duties as needed. ___________________________________________________________________________ Required Experience: ? 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Engineer supporting Azure and AWS. ? 3 years of Hashicorp Terraform Enterprise development. ? Proficiency in Open Source and Git Concepts. ? Knowledge of Google Cloud is desirable. ? Experience in application support and network troubleshooting. ? Proficient in IP networks, subnets, and routing. ? Coding and scripting experience for automation. ? Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP technologies. ? Experience with cloud network technologies and integrations. ? Administration of Windows and Linux operating systems. ? Excellent customer service and collaboration skills. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Process-oriented mindset with an automation focus. ? Knowledge of Power Automate and/or Logic Apps. ? Ability to work closely with development and support teams. ? Experience with infrastructure-as-code and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes. ? Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills. ? Preferred certification: AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Azure. ___________________________________________________________________________ Education Requirements: ?
