CorTech is seeking to hire a Metering Field Scheduling Analyst I for our client in Richmond, VA!

? Schedule: 12:30 ? 9PM

? Description:

Analyze daily order priority, order volume, & resource availability to ensure efficient routing & dispatching to field personnel.
Develops skills for communicating with field metering personnel through various channels to adjust routes and work accordingly.
Develops the ability to efficiently monitor and initiate routing plans throughout the day to ensure highest priority orders are dispatched to accommodate an 8 hour day
Learns to determine resource needs, and to initiate callouts.
With assistance, supports communications from Call Center representatives, field Operations and Construction personnel, Billing, Credit, Regional Operations Center (ROC), as well as external customers.
With training performs a wide variety of specialized and complex metering functions
Learns a wide variety of information related to Metering Operations and procedures to be able to answer questions;
With training, utilizes computer systems and/or related equipment to record, enter, store and retrieve information
Compiles regular and special reports using established formats and procedures.

Strong Written and Oral communication
Microsoft Office Suite

? "Nice to have? skill sets:
SAP and/or Routing Dispatch capabilities
Call Center Experience

? Soft skill:
Positive Attitude
Adaptability
Effective Team Player along with ability to work independently
Good Communication/Listening skills

? Education: HS diploma or GED equivalent

? Experience: Any dispatch/customer service experience would be appreciated
