Penski Staffing a CorTech is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We currently are hiring for a Lab worker in Heuvelton, NY. Rate of Pay: $15.00/hr. Hours: Monday-Saturday 5am- done (1pm-2pm), Sundays OFF. ? Responsible for daily operations of the laboratory. ? Analysis of milk for acceptance or rejection-- Snap, Bacteria, Butterfat, and Cryoscope ? Analysis of individual milk samples as needed for Bacteria and Snap ? Collect and analysis of ricotta and fresh mozzarella during production. ? Analysis of final product for production-- Bacteria, Aerobic, Yeast/Mold, Butterfat, Salt, and Moisture ? Must be able to pass and hold necessary testing certifications ? Perform Proficiency testing for all licensed snap-testing employees and maintain records ? Perform sundry duties as requested ? Responsible for record completion and review to meet SQF requirements.
