CorTech is seeking to hire a Consumer Relations Associate for our client to work remotely. Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour This is a full-time job with 40 hours per week, a remote work environment, and flexible hours. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 8 PM ET, and candidates must be available to work on either Saturday or Sunday, plus Tuesday. The position is temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent. The job involves providing French/English customer service to consumers in North America through multiple channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives. Ideal candidates should be fluent in Québécois French and English, dependable, loyal, and looking for employment longevity and flexibility. Responsibilities include providing quality customer service, gaining a working knowledge of the company's systems and processes, problem-solving in a professional and effective manner, communicating effectively with consumers through various channels, answering incoming calls and chats, responding to incoming emails, gathering information to ensure first-call resolution, returning calls from voicemail, and meeting department and personal KPIs. Requirements for this job include a high school degree, fluency in French/English, and above-average Microsoft Office skills. Key competencies include excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a customer service focus, problem analysis and problem-solving skills, reliability and dependability, and the ability to work well as part of a team. | |
