Do you have at least 6 months of Manufacturing experience or Dairy experience? Cor-Tech has an opening in Waterbury, VT at Ben & Jerry's for night shifts with great starting pay. What to know about the Mix Operator role ? Weekly Pay ? Night shift is $24.73 per hour, plus OT every other ? Opportunity to move up 3 more pay level grades, based on performance and learning new equipment. ? Free ice cream to take home daily! ? Medical, dental, vision, 401k, short- & long-term disability, Life insurance and PTO Time. MIX OPERATOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Perform the various ice cream production process steps from receiving materials to shipping finished product. ? Equipment setup and flavor changeovers. ? Perform preventative maintenance and CIP as part of the standard process. ? Use the automated computer systems to manage the quality, efficiency and downtime in the process. ? Troubleshoot and fix equipment and quality related process problems. MIX OPERATOR WORKER QUALIFICATIONS: ? Experience running production equipment, material handling, shipping/receiving ; CIP experience helpful. ? Experience using computer systems, solving mathematical problems and implementing SPC. ? Basic knowledge and experience with mechanical and electronic control. ? Good written and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to be creative in finding solutions and open to new ideas. ? Ability to lift 50 pounds required. Prior to Attending the 3 days of Paid Orientations the below all need to be removed: ? All Piercings (internal and external) must be removed.
