CorTech is seeking to hire an RQC Technician for our client in Fort Worth, TX! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour Shift: 9:00 AM 5:00PM Monday- Friday Job Description: The RQC Technician is part of the Quality Systems Team. The general objective is to monitor critical quality attributes of finished products and ingredients for a group of bakeries according to the operative manual, record and report in a timely manner results from the analysis, inspections, and scoring sessions. As a quality control assistant, you will coordinate obtaining product and ingredient samples, follow analysis and inspection procedures, and maintain the regional center under your supervision. You must document and communicate results to the bakeries and provide feedback to improve practices and procedures. Follow training programs and participate in weekly calls for coordination. Requirements for the position: ? At least 2-3 years of laboratory/quality assurance in a food manufacturing environment. ? Experience in scoring finished product. ? Basic computer skills ? B.Sc. in food science, nutrition, baking, or grain science. ? Organized, comfortable following rigid procedures, disciplined to follow schedules. ? Occasional traveling, mainly for training purposes. ? Ability to follow up, and address problems/issues on time ? This person needs to be proactive, responsible, self?motivated, and self-managed. | |
