CorTech is seeking to hire a Production Operator II for our client in Kennesaw, GA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.75/Hour Shift: Monday-Friday 6am to 2:30pm with some Saturdays As a Production Operator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! Key Responsibilities * Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including. * Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders. * Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing. * Ensure that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition. * Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs. * Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality. * Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities. * Repair and clean the equipment when needed. * Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements. * Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer the production equipment between warehouse and working area. * Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation. Qualifications * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred * Ability to work rotating shifts, work any job, and work overtime as needed Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process. Load materials into production machines. Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products. Collect, and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's waste removal and recycling policies. Clean production equipment and work areas. Some previous experience or training may be required. | |
