CorTech is seeking to hire a RN - Med Surg/Rehab for our client in Festus, MO! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $55.17/Hour Hours: 6:45 pm- 7:15 am FLU and COVID-19: All travelers must be completely vaccinated PRIOR TO START. There are no exceptions. SHIFT INFO Shift night Shifts per week 3 Hours per shift 12 EXPERIENCE Years of Experience One Year Plus Specialties Med-Surg - required; Rehab preferred. No LTAC experience only CERTIFICATIONS Certifications BLS & IV CERT? required DESCRIPTION Ratios: Max ratio 7:1 This unit has an exceptional patient population and staff culture that join together during the healing journey to create an experience that cannot be found elsewhere. Overview: Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the Missouri Nurse Practice Act, Client Code of Conduct, Client Mission and Values and Client Service Standards. Qualifications: Education: Graduation from an approved school of nursing. Licensure: Current licensure by the Missouri State Board of Nursing. Other: To ensure patient safety it is mandatory that all licensed co-workers who provide direct patient care pass a medication and math competency test before assuming medication administration responsibilities. This exam will cover knowledge of the actions and side effects of commonly used drugs along with math regarding correct dosages and IV problems. The passing grade on this exam is 90% and it may be repeated one time. Failure to pass the retake may result in termination of employment. Approved Assignment Details: Flexible contract length - 8-26 weeks Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours Blocked Scheduling to include every other weekend or every weekend No specific block is approved RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end Holiday RTO ? approved based on availability | |
