Work days/hours: Monday thru Thursday 6pm to 6am ***Will Train on day Shift M-T 6am-6pm*** Pay rate: $33.11/hr. 401k, Health, Dental Vision $100 sign on bonus Reports directly to Engineering Manager or reports to Production Supervisor Performs routine set up, operation, minor and major routine maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of highly complex/automated manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include production, quality, downtime, and waste levels of machine operation. Must have positive attitude with good team skills. Effectively works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives. Uses judgement to plan, perform, make decisions, troubleshoot and problem solve in performance of all maintenance tasks. Job Responsibilities Performs routine set up, operation, minor and major routine maintenance, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of highly complex/automated manufacturing equipment. Support installation and removal of equipment and performance of required corrective maintenance. Monitors production lines and proactively evaluates equipment performance for repairs and continuous improvement. Must demonstrate mechanical aptitude to complete changeover of equipment and some operator level preventative maintenance. Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves complex issues associated with the machine performance and/or product quality. Assists with the installation, debug, and start-up of all new or modified production equipment. Responsibilities include production, quality, downtime, and waste levels of machine operation.
