CorTech is looking for a QA/QC Coordinator I for our client in Jacksonville, FL . Benefits Available! Get paid weekly! Pay rate $17.50 per hour. Shift: 8:00 AM-04:30 PM CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials 2. Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming rework 3. Document inspection results by completing reports; summarizing re-work and reject/scrap 4. Perform required physical tests to applicable products 5. Perform requested product investigation due to customer complaint or manufacturing non-conformance 6. Perform 100% inspection due to count discrepancy, foreign particles, and any other nonconformance that enable product usage 7. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations 8. Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed 9. Maintain compliance with FDA/ISO regulations and standards 10. Perform and review line clearance for Manufacturing. Must sign approval of completion 11. Other duties as assigned JOB-SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES: Inspect material and/or product for compliance with product specification and/or customer requirements. They also make sure that the products meet government standards and safety regulations. Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials and finished products; recording quality results. EDUCATION : High School diploma EXPERIENCE: Good communication and mathematical skills Knowledge of the use of some measurement equipment Intermediate computer skills Some forklift operator experience | |
