We currently are hiring for Electrical Controls Technician in Holdrege, NE. 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7AM ? 3PM CST (40 HOURS PER WEEK) $27-31/hour Very Hands on role Electrical Controls Technician will provide electrical controls support to site injection molding, needle line & alcohol swab operations to safely manufacture high quality, low-cost products to meet production demands. Duties require troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems for injection molding machines and associated ancillary equipment, but extending, into broader areas of assignments, to support all MLD/NL/SWAB operations. Requirements: ? Minimum of Associates degree in Electronics or related field is required. ? Two or more years of experience related to industrial automated controls. ? Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Teams, etc. ? Experience with SAP for PM work orders, ordering of materials, etc. Job Duties below, not limited to: ? Troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems for equipment such as injection molding machines, resin handling equipment, hot runner controllers, granulators, temperature control units, tote changers, conveyors, etc., as well as high-speed assembly and packaging equipment. ? Support operations by finding and resolving chronic electrical issues and problems that cannot be resolved by production associates. ? Minimize electrical safety risk by ensuring approved procedures are followed and the proper standards are met. ? Uses PC to interface with PLC?s and peripheral equipment i.e., Rockwell Automation. ? Find and drive continuous improvement initiatives to completion. ? Communicate and maintain a favorable rapport with team leaders, engineering, maintenance, and production associates. ? Aid with the support and deployment of projects throughout MLD/NL/SWAB operations and other areas as directed to support business needs.
