CorTech is seeking to hire a Reimbursement Specialist for our client in Saint Paul, MN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour Shift: 1st Description: Reimbursement Specialist Dept: Finance Credit and Collections Summary: ? Responsible for providing support and administrative assistance to various Respiratory Health Patient and Customer Support (PCS) teams in efforts to resolve outstanding accounts and enhance revenue collection. ? Perform duties as assigned including but not limited to: medical documentation collection, insurance authorization and reauthorization follow-up, patient outcomes calls, and training documentation follow-up. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Assist with obtaining outstanding clinical documentation requests from health care teams. ? Assist with obtaining outstanding prior authorization requests from insurance companies. ? Assist with obtaining outstanding device usage reading requests from patients. ? Assist with obtaining outstanding training paperwork requests from trainers. ? Establish and maintain positive partnerships with internal and external colleagues and customers. ? Understand and adhere to all policies for Client and 3rd party payers to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. ? Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications: ? Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications ? Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills ? Detail orientated and ability to multi-task ? Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment ? Possess ability to manage time and prioritize ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Education and/or Experience: ? High School Diploma or equivalent required. ? Students enrolled in a degree program preferred. | |
