CorTech is seeking to hire a RN Cardio OR for our client in Springfield, MO! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $62.06/Hour Shift: Days, 0600-1630 (shift times may vary) Guaranteed Hours: 36 (4x10) Assignment Length: 13 weeks Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.) Required Certifications: BLS from AHA only Required Experience: 1 year CVOR Must be willing to float when needed MUST BE FULLY COVID AND FLU VACCINATED TO BE SUBMITTED - NO EXCEPTIONS General Comments Experience: CVOR experience required, open hearts Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the Missouri Nurse Practice Act, Client Code of Conduct, Client Mission and Values and Client Service Standards. Qualifications Licensure: Current MO Registered Nurse license or compact state license if living outside of MO. Education: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Other: Ability to hear and read effectively. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English. Ability to navigate effectively in many computer systems. Ability to work in a team focused environment. Ability to work in a rapid-paced work environment. Ability to work independently. Good problem-solving skills. Ability to provide quality bedside patient care. Preferred Experience: Two years current inpatient, acute care hospital experience. | |
