Cor-Tech has several openings in ST Albans, VT at Ben & Jerry's for night shifts with great starting pay. Direct hire Opportunities for those with excellent machine operating or production experience. If you have less experience we have temporary to permanent opportunities to get your foot in the door! What to know about these Production Worker roles ? Weekly Pay ? Night shift is $24.73 per hour, plus OT every other ? If hired on permanent you will have the opportunity to move up 3 more pay level grades, based on performance and learning new equipment. ? Free ice cream to take home daily! ? Medical, dental, vision, 401k, short- & long-term disability, Life insurance and PTO Time. 12 Hour shifts, Day and Night Available: Hours are 7PM ? 7:30AM ? Week 1: Work Monday/Tuesday - Off Wednesday/Thursday - Work Friday/Saturday/Sunday ? Week 2: Off Monday/Tuesday - Work Wednesday/Thursday Off - Friday/Saturday/Sunday ? Week 3: same as week 1 AND Week 4: same as week 2 Overview of the Production Worker Role ? Maintaining clean workstations ? Adding pints cups and lids into machines while maintaining the operations and ensuring there are no issues. ? Troubleshooting/fixing equipment as needed Help box finished product with boxer ? Monitoring and staying ahead of equipment alarms. Who makes a Good Production Worker? ? 6 plus months experience in a manufacturing setting ? Enthusiastic and can do attitude. ? Good decision-making ability ? Enjoy working in a team environment. ? Ability to lift 35 pounds and the ability to work in a noisy environment. ? Able to stand for 12 hours shifts while lifting and moving product. In addition, there will be exposure to allergens such as dairy, eggs, tree nuts, coconut, peanuts, wheat (gluten), soybean, and cinnamon.
