CorTech is seeking to hire a Facilities Associate for our client in Westbrook, ME! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.50/Hour Shift: Second As a Facilities Associate, your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitation of various areas, waste disposal, and maintenance of facility structures. You must follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols, report maintenance deficiencies and safety concerns, and participate in office moves and emergency maintenance requests. You should have knowledge of building services or trade-specific skills, strong communication and customer service skills, contract and vendor management skills, and the ability to prioritize and organize tasks. Additionally, you must meet the physical requirements of the job, which include the ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift heavy objects, and have specific vision requirements. | |
