Cortech in West Covina is in search of a Warehouse Associate to work in the City of Industry, Ca Functions: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the picking and stocking of materials in the warehouse. Some packing and shipping functions may be required. FL Experience Demonstrate commitment to core values by leading, acting, and behaving in a manner consistent with these values. · Understand and follow the client's safety and quality policies. · Pull orders that are released to the warehouse. · Stock recently processed items from the receiving department. · Performing cycle counts when needed. · Updating rack and shelf locations to accommodate new items. · Loading /Unloading of truck shipments either by hand or with warehouse equipment. · Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse area. Physical/Environmental Requirements: Travel requirement: Less than 5%. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk, use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with help. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level of the work environment is usually moderate, with occasional exposure to high temperature, humidity, and low temperature.
