Description

Design and build strategic improvements to a core localization automation system
Perform full-stack development using Ruby
Troubleshoot and fix bugs in process automation, REST APIs, and data issues
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Provide feedback on other engineers? designs and code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and new product development
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in localization automation
Skills:
Strong experience in full-stack development, with a focus on Ruby
Strong ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs in process automation, REST APIs, and data issues
Experience with API-driven microservice architecture
Experience with localization automation systems
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technologies we use and teach:

Ruby, JRuby, Rails, AWS
Java, Jetty, JSON
MySQL, Redis, HBase, Hadoop, and Kafka, AWS
JavaScript, jQuery, Ember.js
Android in Kotlin, iOS in Swift or Objective-C

Assist with the coordination of external vendors and event deliveries including catering, linen, transportation, and other acute elements.
Provide timely updates and feedback for the community space organizer and corporate event planners.
Monitor conference room reservations and JIRA tickets.

Skills:
Demonstrated experience in a customer service or hospitality role including but not limited to restaurant, retail, and/or office experience
Excellent, honest, and clear communication skills both written and verbal, and an ability to converse easily with anyone
Impeccable attention to detail
Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Ability to stay organized, prioritized and manage a busy schedule
Must have excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
Team Player who is flexible and can easily adapt to change
Knowledge on or ability to learn the Tripleseat platform
