CorTech is seeking to hire a HR Generalist / Recruiter for our client in Martinsville, VA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $24.00/Hour Job Description: * Provide day-to-day responsibilities around HR processes such as metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management. * Liaise with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders on various HR processes. * Improve HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness. * Work with leadership to make relevant modifications to new or existing policies and procedures via creation, documentation, & maintenance of standard policies. * Partner with HR and functional manager to enhance an environment in which employees are actively engaged in helping to improve the business. * Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. * Actively engage as a change agent in support of business priorities to build high performing, effective teams * Assist Global Mobility initiatives for Corporate population ? Coaches, counsels, and trains supervisors on the hourly employee disciplinary process, the hourly employee job-bidding process, and the day-to-day issues and questions that arise between the company and hourly employees. ? Attends grievance hearings, takes and prepares notes, and assist with the drafting of grievance answers. ? Performs tasks related to the employment office, such as, assisting with extra list scheduling, maintaining hourly personnel files and answering general questions ? Develops and maintains positive working relationships with union representatives and employees. | |
