CorTech is seeking to hire a Junior Recruiter for our client in Tampa, FL!

Client exclusive territory covers over 18 million consumers across 47 Florida counties, and includes the major metropolitan markets of Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando and Tampa. Client sells, markets, manufactures and distributes over 600 products of The Client and other partner companies including Monster Beverage Corporation and BODYARMOR. As a Client Junior Recruiter-High Volume Recruiting, a typical day will include:

? Leads recruiting efforts, including screening, selecting, and interviewing job applicants to match their qualifications with employers? needs as well as building a network, going to recruiting events, etc.
? Use recruiting tools including but not limited to Paylocity, LinkedIn, Indeed, to fill job openings/potential job openings rapidly with qualified candidates and to keep recruiting efforts organized.
? Provide information on Company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
? Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
? Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.
? Participate in the selection and/or placement of team members to fill vacant positions by working with leaders to identify critical job characteristics to ensure successful candidate selection.
? Extend verbal contingent employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings, communicating important employment information (e.g., benefits, compensation, start date).
? Work alongside HR Coordinators and collaborate on processes to make the hiring process efficient.
? Develop and maintain professional relationships with community colleges, universities, and other recruiting avenues contacts as a source to help generate a qualified candidate pool.
? Develop advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
? Help implement recruiting policies and procedures to direct and guide company to success.
? Complete additional tasks as assigned and/or HR Generalist tasks as needed.

Your professional and educational experience must include:

? Bachelor?s Degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Communications or Social Sciences. Or Associates Degree with 3+ years of Recruitment Experience.
? Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, experience with warehouse and/or production roles preferred.
? Minimum 2 years of experience sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates.
? Proven success with remote/teleworking
? Intermediate experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
? Experience with various ATS systems and recruitment sources: Indeed, LinkedIn and Monster preferred.
