CorTech is seeking to hire a Assembler for our client in Clearwater, FL! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $19.00/Hour ? Must be a US Citizen only ? Second Shift ? Eye exam required MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS (5-7 YEARS DESIRED) OF SOLDERING EXPERIENCE WITH EXTENSIVE USE UNDER A MICROSCOPE. Associates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of soldering and other electronics-related experience in a Space & Defense manufacturing environment. Individual is expected to have good verbal and written communication skills. Position requires an associate who is capable of understanding and executing tasks as defined by engineering work instructions. Familiarity with computers is required. Candidate must be able to work in a self-directed, teaming & continuous improvement environment. Skills/Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Due to government regulations, must be a US Citizen - High School Diploma or GED - 3-5 years of Assembler experience (i.e. soldering, & electronics). Additional Qualifications: - Working knowledge of computers strongly desired - Ability to work with ?fine pitch? components & detail chassis wiring. - Position requires the completion of 40hr solder & ESD training certification class. - Experience in Space & Defense manufacturing environments. - Individual is expected to have good verbal and written communication skills. - Candidate must be able to work in a self-directed, teaming & continuous improvement environment. - Self-directed teaming skills - Good written & verbal communication skills - Continuous Improvement skills (6-Sigma); greenbelt is a plus - Good Team Player ?Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.? | |
