Position: Onsite Manager Summary: The Onsite Manager represents CorTech by overseeing day-to-day operations of the site. The Onsite is responsible for recruiting new employees, orientation of new employees, and building client relationships. Essential Job Functions: ? Responsible for seeking out the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill site openings ? Responsible for growing headcount and creating recruiting plans for client ? Attract employees who fit a job description and have the potential to become valuable additions to the company ? Works with client/hiring managers to develop recruiting plans ? Responsible for conducting new hire orientations, counseling/coaching employees and handling or escalating employee and client relations issues ? Responsible for communicating and enforcing CorTech policies around payroll, attendance, safety, and other employee programs ? Provide first class customer service to employees and clients ? Partner with Corporate (Atlanta) departments to provide information and documents as requested. | |
