Monday- Friday 8am start time Temp to Hire Description: -General Office Admin Duties -Keep Customers updated -Dispatch containers to trucking companies- Coordinate and monitor all deliveries -Collect and log all truck unloading fees daily -Complete EOD load plan -Print all dock receipts for the following days work. -Complete all invoicing to customers when work is completed -Review all business with facility manager keeping communication levels 100% Requirements: -Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally in the English language. -Must be able to perform basic math skills accurately. -Must possess moderate to excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook -Understanding of the transportation industry A PLUS | |
