Customer Contract admin analyst 2 develops, prepares, and administers contacts, bids and proposals that meet specifications and comply with all policies, and regulations. Supports or participates in contract negotiations with suppliers, partners, or customers. This role is responsible for the development, strategy, and implementation of government contracts.

A contract analyst- sometimes called a contract administrator or the ???architect??? of contracts- performs all the planning and developing of a contract. Analysts clarify why that contract is being signed and will seek the most effective phrasing to protect the company???s interests.


Being a contract analyst, you will do any of the following:

review contract terms to identify any potential risk or compliance issues.
Examines supporting materials and agreement documents related to bids or contracts and provides guidance. Additionally, contracts Administrators act as liaison between the organization and subcontractors to implement the contracts.
Maintains contract records used to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.
Lead beginning to end process with responsibility for solicitation review, kick off meeting with customers, contract analytics, package submission, ongoing monitoring of Agreement for KPI reporting and appropriate document retention.
Actively monitor government and third-party outlets for new contract instrument solicitation opportunities.
Conduct TAA compliance verification and research TAA waiver eligibility if needed.

Candidate should be self-motivated, possess excellent research and organizational skills, and a strong ability to multi- task. Candidate should be able to work independently, set own priorities based on current PM workload, contract due dates, and customer demands.

Qualifications
-BA/BS required with 5 years of business experience, or without Bachelor degree, 10+ years extensive experience in the applicable area preferred
-Strong contracting strategy mindset ??? must be able to access situation, collect data and deliver well thought out recommendations
-Candidate must have validated leadership skills and ability to Project Manage multifaceted Government contracts from beginning to end
-Candidate must have validated ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within all levels of organization
-Strong customer-centric skills, and able to adapt to customer needs while maintaining protection of BD???s interests
-Strong communications and change management experience; must have the ability to develop, present and defend ideas and strategy to internal leaders and stakeholders. ##
