CorTech is seeking to hire a Lab Tech Jr for our client in Temecula, Ca! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.55/Hour Shift Start Time End Time 5:00 AM : 1:30 PM This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Conducts chemical and physical laboratory tests and makes qualitative analysis of materials, liquids, and gases. May also set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for the tests, research, or process control. Must possess diploma or degree at the Associate or Bachelor level, no experience required. Main Responsibilities: Tasks or activities this job performs on an ongoing basis. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. Testing units, following all special instruction, if questions arise to stop testing and ask supervisor or lead for instructions. SME on at least one station. Basic interprets test results and examines for unusual characteristics. Troubleshoots procedures that may have been compromised, thus determining the potential cause of unexpected results of routine tests. Communicates with appropriate technical staff regarding testing schedule information, results, or unanticipated discoveries. Make suggestions on documents ? work with appropriate technical staff on updates. Solves problems of limited scope and complexity requiring basic interpretation of well-defined procedures and practices. Maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive information or documents. Accountability / Scope Accountable for actions and results of testing. Responsible for cGMP and compliance policies/procedures. | |
