CorTech is seeking to hire a Operations Analyst for our client in Batesville, IN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $/Hour Job Title: Systems Apps Analyst Job Description: This position will be responsible for high volume Portal Billing of Customer invoices on a daily/monthly basis and provide support and collaboration to Collections and Sales Teams to resolve questions related to Portal billed invoices. Systems Application Analyst also supports special handling processes as required by the customer. Examples of Portals are the Government Portals ? Tungsten, IPP, ECAT, WAWF; Humana portals; Siemens Portals; Coupa , Transcepta, etc. Invoices are from both SAP and JDE software systems. ? Preferred skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business software systems as needed ? Basic Understanding of order processing, invoicing routines and procedures between all functional groups ? Ability to define problems, identify solutions and follow through to completion ? Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of internal and external management ? Ability to effectively work independently or in team settings | |
