Week 1: Work Monday/Tuesday - Off Wednesday/Thursday - Work Friday/Saturday/Sunday ? Week 2: Off Monday/Tuesday - Work Wednesday/Thursday Off - Friday/Saturday/Sunday ? Week 3: same as week 1 AND Week 4: same as week 2 Overview of the Production Worker Role ? Maintaining clean workstations ? Adding pints cups and lids into machines ? Adding ingredients into the machine hopper ? Rotate positions every hour Who makes a Good Production Worker? ? 6 plus months experience in a manufacturing setting ? Enthusiastic and can do attitude. ? Good decision-making ability ? Enjoy working in a team environment. ? Ability to lift 35 pounds and the ability to work in a noisy environment. ? Able to stand for 12 hours shifts while lifting and moving product. In addition, there will be exposure to allergens such as dairy, eggs, tree nuts, coconut, peanuts, wheat (gluten), soybean, and cinnamon. Prior to Attending the 3 days of Paid Orientations the below all need to be removed: ? All Piercings (internal and external) must be removed. No jewelry allowed at all at the Plant. ?
