CorTech is seeking to hire a Laboratory Technician I for our client in Flint, MI! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour shift: 1st shift 6:00AM-4:30PM ? Sets up and operates booth, application & robotic equipment to run and support Design of Experiment (DOE) ? Reduces, loads and cleans out samples for lab equipment ? Coordinates process sequencing, parts and panel handling ? Collects and provides data - enters process and product data into tracking system and DOE worksheets ? Supports operational excellence and production systems uptime ? Works with supervisors, engineers, EH&S, technical and product management to ensure all new application equipment & products introduced are thoroughly vetted, validated and the process mapped from a facility, EH&S, and application perspective ? Follows and is knowledgeable of all EH&S guidelines and identifies areas for EH&S improvement ? Employees in this role may be asked to specialize in one or more of the following three areas of the facility, cross training is highly encouraged: o Substrate Protection Application Development & Pilot Centre (SDC): pre-treatment and e-coat systems in support of Pilot vehicle program o Decorative Coating Application Development & Pilot Centre (ADC): liquid and powder decorative coating robot booth process; pilot unit sealer deck and hand spray booths o Mobility & Adjacency Application Development & Pilot Centre (MAC) : Mobility, A&S and other adjacencies robot booth process; cross SBU pilots | |
