CorTech is seeking to hire a Administrative Assistant I for our client in Bothell, WA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $25.00/Hour Shift Start and End Time Mon- Fri 8AM-5:00PM Job Summary: Serves a supportive role in the office to perform various clerical duties in accordance with established policies and procedures. Duties: Operates PC with business software programs to input, maintain, retrieve and process business information. May process routine inquiries and provide information related to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities may include the preparation of reports, the assembly and validation of information, and the calculation of data. Maintains office filing system. Prepares letters and other business documents. May perform various complex clerical duties requiring analysis, judgment and specific knowledge in an area (customer service, purchasing, logistics, quality, human resources, etc.). Experience: 0-2 years Develops competence by performing structured work assignments Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others Education: Bachelor?s Degree (BA/BS); or equivalent combination of education and experience. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant- Receptionist to join a team who creates beautiful Aircraft interiors for VIP?s and Heads of State. ? Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. ? Make sure every visitor signs in and provide them with a visitor badge- Front desk is office security. ? Answer incoming calls on multi-line system and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department; Screens incoming calls when necessary; Transfers calls to voicemail or takes and delivers messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable; provides callers with address, directions, and other information. ? Organize, setup and cleanup- customer meetings, company events, parties. ? Maintain, clean and stock office supplies, conference rooms and the whiteboards. ? Receive, sort, and route mail and UPS/FEDEX deliveries to staff; prepares packages. ? Maintain Org. chart and floor plans of employees for all facilities, salon and conference room calendars. ? Assist with data entry and special projects for other departments. ? Submits employee forms to building management for Gym and Hub access. ? Maintain, clean, and stock kitchen.
