Onsite Manager Responsibilities Full-time 6:30 am until 4 p.m. $18.00/hr + benefits ? The Onsite Manager will assist the supervisor with managing and overseeing all the functions of the Poly department, Low Volume, and Raw Materials operations of all activities. ? Lead all department associates and insure the functions are used correct. This is a floor position and will involve physically moving/processing products in addition to leading the team. ? Ensure all associates are wearing the proper PPE and are following GMP?s ? Delegate and assign work to keep a 100% fill rate. ? Help manage the lines when an associate gets backed up. ? Conduct necessary training within department. ? Ensure the proper use and accountability of tools. ? Ensure hours and functions are recorded correctly (e.g. Time clocks) ? Answer email/verbal questions in a timely manner. ? Keep product moving and oversee the cleanliness of the department. ? Provide breaks/lunches to all employees assigned to you. ? If short-staffed use the associate directory to attempt and get associates to come in. ? Smooth hand off to team lead coming on shift. ? Daily huddle with on-site to discuss any issues/success. ? Continuous communication with all Department leads. ? Additional responsibilities as assigned. | |
