CorTech is seeking to hire a Technical Writer for our client to work remotely! Benefits Available! M-F 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible with the start and end times) $55.00/Hour The ideal candidate will have ITIL v4 knowledge in addition to ITSM and basic IT knowledge. This position requires at least 10 or more years of experience in the IT field. A degree is not necessary if you have experience with ITSM. Work with the team to create a write-up that goes alongside the Business impact analysis spreadsheet (data points, inputs) and document the process/purpose behind it, order, and how to reference it (lots of macros. Create a qualitative review for the CIOs to go through. | |
