CorTech is seeking to hire a Assembler I for our client in Metamora, OH!

Weekly Pay!
$16.25/Hour

Assembly Filters Manufacturing (2nd Shift) 3 pm ? 11:30 pm
Direct Hire Assembler role with Client (please see a list of benefits below)

Incentives:
NEW: Sign-On Bonus: $750 paid after 6 months of satisfactory service.

Holiday Pay: Employees must work the business day before and business day after company designated holiday to receive holiday pay.


Position Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining a consistent workflow by practicing multiple tasks such as: assembling multiple components, packing product, quality assurance, and operating light duty machinery. Will advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy.

Essential Functions:
? Follow instructions based on diagrams, charts, and specifications
? Assemble large and small components together in a fast past environment, such as, but not limited to: side seams, end caps, o-rings, epoxy, and holding clips
? Performs quality checks periodically by using calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices
? Fill out proper documentation after the order has been completed
? Maintain work area to keep a clean and a safe environment
? Maintains professional, respectful, open communication with others

Qualifications:
? High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
? U.S. Citizenship required.
? Manufacturing experience is preferred
? Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
? Ability to stand for an extended period of time
? Knowledge of basic mathematical arithmetic and diagram reading

Additional Requirements:
? Training shift to be determined.
? Starting rate dependent on level of experience.
? Shift premium added to shifts other than first shift.
? Would consider direct hire for the right candidate

? Employees can wear long pants either jeans or other work type pants.
? No Sweats or Yoga pants and no leggings.
? T-shirts (no low cut/tight) and sweat shirts are acceptable as long as they are not derogatory in nature.

? Cut resistant sleeves and gloves and safety glasses with side shields are provided by Client
