Job Title: Operations Analyst
Pay Range: $40 - $45/hr
Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm

Job Description:

Operations Analyst - Targeted Demand Management Programs
The operations analyst will support energy efficiency and demand management program administration by performing tasks in monitoring, tracking and processing of program leads, customer inquiries, customer applications and invoices for clean energy rebates. The analyst must be able to prepare and review documents and reports for accuracy, process rebate applications in our data management system, reconcile discrepancies and coordinate improvements to operational and administrative processes. Analyst will collaborate with a team to administer several energy efficiency programs marketed to small- and medium-sized businesses, multifamily buildings and large commercial and industrial customers in New York City.

Job Responsibilities
Utilize our Salesforce data management system to review customer rebate applications and invoices, identify and reconcile errors, and perform quality control validations to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
Process customer rebates and incentive payments
Resolve routine inquiries from customers and participating contractors
Track and monitor program leads, evaluating customer eligibility
Prepare and review information and reports for accuracy
Monitor and track program budgets and expenditures
Coordinate changes to operational or administrative processes with internal and external teams
Document and formalize work processes
Communicate effectively with program managers, IT teams, customers and contractors to coordinate the above tasks

Analyst will be given training on the targeted demand management program billing process and Salesforce data management system to be followed by a performance assessment after the first month in the role.
Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Qualifications
2 to 3 years relevant work experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Computer skills in Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of basic finance and accounting
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses and recommend solutions
Demonstrated ability to work in teams, with customers, contractors and vendors
Manage changing priorities
Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to learn and use new database systems such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Business Intelligence, and Work Management systems

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Database Management, Record Keeping, Operations/ Process Management or related fields
Related experience with one or more of the following: processing and verifying invoices, data management, data analysis, or program administration
Certification, experience or training in Salesforce a plus
Interest in the clean energy and utilities industry
Demonstrated project or operations management skills.
