CorTech Staffing is hiring for a Cycle Counter for a large well-known automotive parts manufacturing company in Fraser, MI. Hourly pay is $19.50 per hour. Shift hours are 5:55am - 2:00pm. Position Summary: Cycle count parts and investigation of discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy. Responsibilities: * Report inventory balances and cycle count accuracy. * Investigate and analyze results to solve problems with inventory accuracy. * Adhere to and stay abreast of company polices. * Perform research and data analysis to monitor inventory movement. * Research and reconciliations of discrepancies. * Commit to corporate goals, mission and vision. * Perform 1st OK inspection for equipment (Forklift/Tugger). * Correct unsafe conditions interrupting material flow (i.e. pallet or cardboard in the middle of isle,, etc.). * Enter cycle count in SAP following standard process. Knowledge/Skills: * Satisfactory completion of in-house training programs and all formal training * Basic math skills * Willingness to work overtime * Possess good communication skills that are demonstrated by ability to communicate with employees at all levels. * Above average organizational skills * Willing to lead by example.
